A great company; empowering human potential. An awesome dream and in some parts of Hanger, it is happening

Cons

Over 50% attrition in it in 2 years; really! Quit playing games with the numbers; undesirable vs. desirable attrition. How bad is it that you play with the nbrs to attempt to make you look better. Fix the problem.

Size and scale advantage, many offices, vacation 401 K great legal resources not available to small firms

Cons

Money driven, care more about stockholders than employees. Draconian measures that control what you order not what you want to for a patient without getting vp approval. The bottom layer always pays for the higher ups bonus's
