Pros

Kind coworkers and management (although they're spread so thinly it is difficult to get responses from them unless it's urgent).

Cons

Poor remediation structure for remote employees. Isolating. Skipping monthly meetings and employee reviews. Lack of team building, workflow resources and consistency in P&P. Inability to manage volume if you miss a day leaving you with an unmanageable amount of work upon return. This is more of an informative collection workflow than financial counseling which is outsourced to the individual clinics who are armed with the necessary resources to help the patients. Lack of workflow continuity between teams and clinic locations. Poor insurance for healthcare sector. Only one day off for Christmas. Only one person allowed to schedule off per day. Disallowed from remediating team members despite the fact management does not have time to do so.
