Pros

Coworkers are nice people to work with.

Cons

Lack of communication, structure, processes, management, training, common sense, separation of duties, responsibility and ownership. There is absolutely no room for growth, which is by design. Burnout rate is high, which leads to high turnover. False promises. Workloads constantly shifting, causing confusion, and half completed tasks to be offloaded from one buyer to the next. Payables team was cited as one of the worst departments; constantly on credit hold with suppliers for missing/late payments. Oracle operating system is a complete flop, even after hiring 3-4 different consulting companies.

not all locations were managed well or had many employees that put in the bare minimum.
