Pros

Flexible hours Friendly Co-workers That's about it

Cons

Management doesn't care about you A Christmas bonus is a measly coupon of 10% off up to $250 to spend at their store. What a joke. Minimum Wage - People get paid the same no matter if you've been there for 5+ years or just starting, No incentive to work harder because of that. They will hire younger people that can't do the job correctly or don't even want to do it correctly rather than offer a full-time position (which I've been doing for a few years now)

Pros

Some great co-workers, occasional employee recognition.

Cons

Poor management oversight, expected to jump into other departments when they are behind but the courtesy is not reciprocated. Fill other positions in the department to cover "ill timed" vacations. Not given any time to learn the role, mostly told to read through training guilds and sign off without getting to ask questions. Good employees are overworked, severely underpaid, and given a hard time by managers when fatigue hits them and they fall behind. Bad employees are coddled and are allowed to continue causing the same issues again and again with no repercussions.

Pros

I can't think of a single pro and I'm only writing here because it requires that I put something.

Cons

I worked here during the summer and we were pretty much always incredibly understaffed. If you opened or closed you were responsible for an insane amount of tasks. While I understand that managers had other things they needed to attend to, they would still often leave you alone in the department for up to 30-45 min at a time. They do not pay nearly enough for the amount of work they expect you to do.
