The culture in some stores, thanks to good management is still relatively not toxic.

Limited Advancement Opportunities: Despite offering opportunities for growth, upward mobility may be limited in some cases due to a hierarchical structure or a large number of employees competing for higher-level positions. Irregular Hours: Hannaford's often require employees to work irregular and unpredictable hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, which can make work-life balance difficult. I left the company because they gave me no time to get my schooling done. The quality of management can vary from one store to another, with some locations experiencing poor leadership, lack of communication, or ineffective management practices.
