This is “corporate” to the core. Majority of store staff were once managers. Common theme? All fell out of the good grace of store leadership and became a toxic environment to work in that role. Everyone out for themselves. Many store leaders are unqualified . Other store leaders eventually go to corporate to destroy what’s left of morale.
