-Inflammatory employees are not held accountable for lack of work quality or tardiness.
-Middle-management is suffocated between insubordinate workers and indifferent upper-management.
-Insubordinate workers are rewarded by not being made to do tasks they dislike, forcing co-workers to pick up the slack and be cornered into doing the same unfavorable tasks night after night.
-Some employees show up to work not sober, and are not sent home.
-Not enough workers are hired in proportion to the amount of business the store does.
-Necessary tools for the job, such as utility boats, step stools, and pallet jacks are not properly maintained nor purchased when damaged ones are thrown out.
-Atmosphere of the entire store is unpleasant. Departments are uncooperative with each other as they are all fighting over the same previously mentioned tools.
-Training is non-existent. From the top to the bottom of the hierarchy, employees are not trained in their respective duties. This a daily problem, but becomes apparent when trained employees call out and untrained employees are unable to operate necessary equipment.
-Communication between middle and upper-management is non-existent. Upper managers do not explain new policies, give updates on new equipment or internal applications, or when new employees are starting.
