Management will never take suggestions and no matter how long you’ve been there they always assume when things get behind schedule it’s because you’re just not working fast enough but they refuse to see the whole picture that there’s not enough staff and supervisors leave early when they shouldn’t. They also are COMPLETELY refusing to give out raises to people who have worked there 5+ years no matter the circumstance even though those employees can see that they’re making the absolute minimum of the range that they hire at because it’s posted all over the store. Then you’ll find that new hires (lucky you if you choose to work there) will be hired in at closer to the maximum of the range. Be warned though, you will be screwed over and given too much on your plate and expected to handle it without all of the knowledge to do so after about 2 weeks.

Pay gap needs to be closed between new hires and people who have been there. People are getting hire at the Same pay as people who have been busting their hump for 5 years.
