      Good if you do not need to live off your paycheck

      Cons

      Must be know someone to advance withing company Will hire someone with a degree to manage a department, even if they have no practical experience and do not know what they are doing No consistance hours

      Pros

      Worked with some pretty good people. Typical customer service job but pay was decent.

      Cons

      As with all retail, hours can be bad. If you want to get promoted be terrible at your job and apply for a job at another store. Your current store will give you a glowing review to get rid of you and then the other store is stuck with you instead of someone that is qualified for the job.

      Pros

      The pros to the job are simple, it's very easy work and most of the people you work with are friendly. I really enjoyed most of the people I worked with.

      Cons

      The biggest con with this company is the lackluster training this company provides to associates who move from an associate into an management position. Sadly, I was promoted into a management position, was given poor training, and was forced to step down because I wasn't "trained" properly.
