      Pros

      -Pay you what you want if you have minimal experience. -Everyone, at least at my store, is professional and kind. -Great for customer service experience. -Clean environment. -Stresses environmentalism and recycling and also employee concerns which is surprisingly refreshing for a corporation. -Good hours and great supportive coworkers. -Management really cares for employees and recognizes anniversaries and other occasions. -All food is made in store so it's cheap for employees.

      -Work can get tedious and boring.

      Pros

      Easy job, everyone is friendly and easy to get along with, low levels of responsibility, flexible hours, decent health benefits if you are full time.

      Cons

      Job is too easy, you'll get bored easily, potential for injury if you work in the bottle room, customers are rude sometimes.

      Pros

      Good place to work if you are a manager in a dept. other than that, if you are an associate, you want to work in deli or meat to get the most out of your money. Managers.

      Cons

      They NEVER say thank you to anyone !! Always negative things that come out, never positive. NO moral at all !! Some managers are fake and completely noticeable. My store manager received manager of the year but all of the associates do NOT like her at all. I find that funny that the upper level of hannaford think that the store manager is doing a good job when most of the employees hate working there. And I know EVERYONE that works there. Ever since we join with Delhaize its gone down fast !!
