This market was obsolete before it even opened. The company never realized how much business they would do. Daily projected sales are 90% of the time lower than the actual sales. The Deli Dept is an oversized umbrella that encompasses deli, seafood, rotisserie, wing bar, olive bar, bakery, and fine cheeses and packaged meats! It'd hard to do it all! This Dept. is also understaffed for what it has to accomplish!

Work environment is very inconsistent. Management is rarely on the same page, and many of them don't have proper knowledge of work environment. I was surprised at how out of tune our Assistant Store Manager's were with my store. People who suck up to management are most likely to get promoted. Many employees receive preferential treatment, while others are blamed for things out of their control.
