Pros

Raises come fairly easily, working consistantly well will start increasing your pay after about 6 months. A little over 2 years of working there had me making about $2 more an hour than when I started. Its also definitely possible to work your way up to manager if you want to pursue that.

Cons

Corporate sends down new policies constantly, the vast majority of which do nothing but make jobs more complicated without actually increasing productivity or customer satisfaction. Managers are often completely out of touch with what is going on in their departments.

Pros

Easy job, everyone is friendly and easy to get along with, low levels of responsibility, flexible hours, decent health benefits if you are full time.

Cons

Job is too easy, you'll get bored easily, potential for injury if you work in the bottle room, customers are rude sometimes.

Pros

Great Start when you are out of college or attending and you want a flexible schedule that will allow you to attend classes

Cons

Moving up unless and RMT seems highly unlikely. Retail level working most weekends and holidays. Pay could be better as well.
