      Over the last decade, the company has become less employee oriented. They always tout that they are employee owned but have little respect for anything more than money. Very top heavy. A quote from the COVID-19 internal webinar. Repeated twice.. "Let me repeat, we must maintain billable hours and or client needs" never mentioning the employee safety among a crisis where federal and state leaders tell us to not be around over 10 people. Over a week into mandates to stay home from the CDC, only 40 percent of the company can work from home.

      Pros

      The people here are amazing! I came in not knowing much about railway design, but my coworkers were always right there to help me learn. You will never feel like you are on your own. Everyone is willing to lend a hand and give you tips and pointers when needed! Also, the benefits are great!

      Cons

      I can’t really think of anything worth complaining about. I wish we got more holidays off I guess?
