      Very good working place, people are kind and friendly. I learn a lot. flexible time schedule, competitive salary, and a good place to lean.

      Very good place, right now no cons, But you do need to learn by yourself. No training.

      Pros

      Management is very cognizant of employee challenges, encourages good performance instead of pressuring for it, and gives a chance and room to grow for ambitious employees. Very approachable and hands-on leadership also is open to constructive feedback, and evaluates it and responds fairly. Excellent benefits as a part of employee ownership of the company. Opportunity to explore advancement across market units.

      Cons

      Communication across market units could be better, in order to improve cross-marketing efforts.
