The CEO of this company Balakrishna alias Bala alias Kris alias Bala K Kamuju is a fantastic story teller when he wants to mislead you. His stories are so effective which will trigger your emotions and makes you fall in his trap. He will show you moon and make you lick the ground.
A small line from Kris in my recent conversation with him: " I made 20 million dollars from this company in the last 5 years and I am settled now, so why would I apply your GC/H1B even though I promised you in the very beginning? even If I apply why would I take any risk for getting your Green card/H1B approved ? "
When ever you try to call him to discuss about any issue , he will intellectually deviate you from the main topic in such a way that you will even forget what you wanted to discuss with him in the first place and by the time you recall your issue he will tell, I am getting very important call and will hang up your call. This happened to me 200 times. Thumps up guys if there is anyone out there who is currently working faced this incident more than 200 times ! the last employee I spoke from this company faced this scene 120 times.
Kris told me that he is the most intelligent guy and he can convince anyone with his false promises. He even told me that he don't want to hire non-citizens going forward and the reason he gave was "citizens will work for whatever amount I pay, they don't have brains to negotiate and they don't know anything about market, all they need is $1800 per month".
Kris told me that he started moving into real estate business slowly as he made enough money in consulting. He even told that he is not interested in consulting anymore and is investing all his money in real estate. So all the poor employees over there better be safe to secure your position!
