      Pros

      Management is very good and responsive. Work with blue chip clients. Colleagues are quite knowledgeable. Work is in good technologies

      Cons

      Can improve some operational processes. Beyond that not much to add. Will add if I think of anything else. The company has grown a lot needs to Focus on processes being kept up
