Pros

I was able to truly flex my skills in a mobile app. I think that was a lot of fun and it was very challenging.

Cons

The PTO improved a little bit while I was there and I hope for their workforce that it gets even better.

Lots or hours, lots of trust with management. Not alot of micro management

Hard work not for everyone. If you love getting a sweat going you will enjoy it.
