Cons

Customers expecting you to know about the products we sell, but do not make. Ads are sometimes misleading to the customers The Inside Track Club Membership doesn't give automatic discounts, only coupons for certain items.

only 40 hours a week compared to a salaried job

Cons

can't think for yourself. They want you to come in at midnight,2-3am. after closing the day before. very high pressure to sell the programs (ext service and inside track club).
