      Pros

      It's a a great work environment. You have the opportunity to grow in the company but it's more likely that you'd have to transfeed to a new store to get promoted.

      Cons

      Poorly payed. Only part time, 10 to 20 hours weekly. Managers are the only full time employees. Too many customers and not enough employees to be efficient. Too many customers are rude, snobby, and treat the employees like dirt.
