      Unbelievably exciting and enriching place to work. CEO / Founder Eric Smidt and senior management are all about collaboration and doing the right thing. The commitment to excellence and continuous improvement can be seen everywhere. Opening a new store every 4 days creates great opportunities for store and warehouse associates to earn more and move up. Factory direct model allows Harbor Freight to constantly drive product quality improvements and offer unbeatable prices. Customers love the value and selection which makes working here fun and rewarding.

      Cons

      Harbor Freight is not the place for you if you don't want a fast-paced workplace focused on continuous improvement.

      You get 20% off as an employee plus the deals that they have going on also applies lots of paid time off

      Cons

      It's over night and you are going to be lifting more weight than they say you will. no chance of promotion unless you want to spend your life there. Usually don't get off on time Everything has a smell and when blended together, smells really bad and you will go home smelling like the warehouse. also, too much work and hazards for being paid minimum wage.
