No training at all. Managment is horrible, full of idiots who would rather blame everyone else because they can't do their job instead of trying to fix the problem. Believe me the paycheck is not worth the BS you'll deal with. Don't get your hopes up about benefits or tuition reinburstment - flat out lies, only full time gets that, which means only managment.
