Typical of a large California style company, corporate values profits over quality of customer experience. Feedback from employees is rarely listened to, and expectations for warranty/membership sales encourage and reward dishonesty to customers.

Pros

Competitive pay, regular raises, internal promotions, full time monthly bonuses, and an HR department that actually cares about the employees.

Cons

It's cheap tools so it's cheap customers, mostly the bottom of the barrel kind of people are going to come into your store. You also have to get lucky with a good store manager that cares about his associates like corporate does.
