Pros
This is a store by store basis. My store is great in more areas than not. We have a great team, we've adopted strategies and take suggestions from everyone to increase performance and efficiency. My store values the open door policy. Benefits are good, work life balance has improved but still needs improvement.
Cons
Full time does not always get 40 hours or 8 hour shifts. Sure the pay is decent but you don't get enough hours so it's a moot point. No room for overtime so a second job is mandatory if you live on your own even though they strongly discourage it. DMs take credit for suggestions. Goals are not calculated to reflect the team size. Unfortunately you have to adopt an "it is what it is" attitude.
