Not a lot of hours. If you are full-time you will get your 40.

~ Great pay and regular raises ~ Good bonuses ~ Great Benefits ~ Good culture in the workplace when the manager is good

Cons

~ Hard to have work life balance with irregular schedules ~ High Pressure to meet sales quotas on programs ~ Breaks often get missed if even one person calls off ~ Not very much overtime opportunities
