Good consistent hours. you start very early in the morning unloading trucks which is physical but not too difficult. Supervisors are good and concerned about the store's success meaning they are also interested in what you can add

Cons

Too many supervisors: there is the employee, then the assistant shift leader, and shift leader, and team leader, and assistant team leader, manager, assistant manager, general manager and manager of the day. must be submissive to everyone for the first year
