      Some nice people to work with.

      Cons

      Pay is low for what's expected. Was told I would get a certain amount and didn't get it. Been there almost 3 years and between to raises and a promotion haven't even made a dollar.

      Pros

      Awesome company! Fair pay with the opportunity to earn more with commission on selling Extended Service Protections and Inside Tracking Club Memberships with every sale. Training is easy and managers are professional. TREMENDOUS opportunity for growth as the plan is to open many more stores. They promote from within and have a proven history of doing so. This company seems to be great at hiring individuals who like teamwork and are enthusiastic!

      So far everything is great and I am happy I chose to work here as opposed to other retailers who offered me positions.

      Pros

      Very Flexible, Understanding, moderate quality of people. Great Benefits for full time employees.

      Cons

      High Demanding on product sorted/pushed out. Relationships are objectively based on performance. Clientele is terrible, but i suppose that's retail. High management has no sense of amount of work/time are needed to complete a task that is not seen as difficult. Co-workers are older simply due to the fantastic benefits they obtain, and have no really motivation to get tasks done right or but up with things.
