The hiring process was quick, I liked being around tools, there was a lot of employee handbook material for me to learn more about the tools and how the store is supposed to operate, and some of my coworkers and managers were fun to work with. Also, there is no overtime (except for the store manager, who works endless hours), so you can have a life outside of work.

Cons

I didn't like that we had to sell replacement plans and memberships by any means necessary and the employee handbooks with product information wasn't given to me by management, I found it myself after working there for almost a year (I guess that turnover is so high that management didn't bother to print the material out for each new employee).

nice people to work with, always interesting, flexible schedule and worked around things like school, learned a lot about tools, management was accessible

Cons

it was part time even if you were in management it was not forty hours the only one who got that was the store manager the pay was just above minimum wage
