Good co-workers, poor management

Pros

Many of the employees there are great people. I learned a lot in my time there. In general it was a good place to work. With the exception of the upper management, it was a very positive experience.

Cons

On several occasions upper management gave contradictory instructions on how to do something. Management also seemed to make decisions without understanding the full effects.

Pros

Great staff, works together. Good medical benefits, paid time off and flexibility. Many areas of service are client focused.

Cons

Pay is slightly lower than industry average. Large company with many locations so there are many coworkers you never meet.
