Thank you for taking the time to review Harbor on Glassdoor. As the largest mental health provider in Northwest Ohio, we are tasked with helping those from all walks of life. These experiences turn into educational opportunities and help shape the careers our clinical staff. Currently, in Northwest Ohio, and really across the nation, there is a shortage of qualified mental health professionals. You are right, our caseloads are currently demanding. Harbor is onboarding qualified mental health professionals as fast as we can; however, we only want the very best on our teams, and for our clients. I’m troubled that you found no support from your manager. I do hope you spoke to someone else. We strive to create a nurturing environment at Harbor, but if you felt you were not supported, that is something I will gladly address with that team going forward. Our employees should never feel as though they are boxed in, and if there is a problem, we want to fix it. Best of luck in your career.
