Pros

Helping those who suffer from mental health and giving them the treatment they deserve. Experience is a great thing to take with you.

Cons

Very very unprofessional management, and big lier’s. The company is very unorganized and treats the staff very poor especially minorities!! Harbor is a very low paying company compared to other and some people start off at minimum wage. I hate that I even chose this company to work for. You get a $10 gift card for Christmas and that’s it. I would tell everyone to RUN and don’t waste your time!!

Large client caseload, full-time position

Cons

Extremely low pay, management does not value workers, unethical requirements, high production quotas, have to make up production when taking vacations and holidays. Cannot earn bonus due to production requirements even during PTO and holidays, as well as during FMLA.
