Cons

Sometimes they change the rules midstream. They also value "yes" men more than hard work and industry knowledge.

I've worked at Harbortouch for almost ten years now. I've gained a tremendous amount of experience and learned a lot.

Cons

No company is perfect. I wish the 401k had a match.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. There is not job stability here. Work environment is toxic

Pros

Free food. That is the only good thing. Atmosphere is laud for people that need to concentrate. Freebies does not compensate for the harsh and unhealthy work environment.

Cons

Harsh management. Lack of guidance and management support. Their statement is that you are an at will employee and they can fire you for any reason. Not a good policy. Management support harsh behavior..... I have never sees such a thing anywhere. Very sad for employees . Working with fear is not a healthy work environment for anyone.
