Pros

Plenty of work to do, and it can sometimes be fun. The people who are in the same boat as you.

Cons

Pay is 15% less than other locals. Very male oriented. When positions open up, expect to be passed over for the manager's buddy, and this method begins at the owner's level. Sexist culture rampant.

Pros

Its a real company. Lots of people (several hundred), nice office, nice lounge with video games. Its busy so the day goes by really fast. I did technical support. Lots of overtime if you want it. I don't know what that other review was about saying there is issue with paychecks. Its automated, I think they use ADP. Its a really big company, so I am guessing that was someones individual problem.

Cons

Unless you get selected for management or promotion, there is not a lot of ability to do new things. I was in technical support. No issue with the job, I just had no where to move up to.

Pros

The ONLY positive is that you collect a paycheck.

Cons

This place is an IT Sweatshop. You ONLY get two 30 minute breaks. If you step away from your desk, you must broadcast to the world why. The information and tools needed to don your job is. Otherwise housed internally. They literally have a link for everything. Training is the worst I have ever seen. The pay is horrible. There is no culture. Most of the company idolized the CEO because he is in his 30's. To me this is stupid because he is somewhere rleaving while his workers aren't being paid enough to take care of their bills. The fees they charge the customer are excessive and the support team is less than prepared to handle support calls. Your benefits don't start until after 90 days.
