The last 6 years the company has completely restructured for the worse. The list of cons is huge. Here are just a few. They use and abuse the use of a casual work force. Benefits are one of the worst tiers that they could provide. Management is unprofessional and micromanage just because they can. The good old boy system is very much alive at Harley Davidson and it's disgusting to watch. Mandated weeks of 12 hours a day 7 days a week is normal. Then huge layoffs, it's feast or famine which makes for a very unbalanced life. They have an attendance point system that is unrealistic which includes 0 sick days.

Executive leadership is just rearranging chairs on the deck of the Titanic. This ship is going down and its due to two things: 1. market forces, and 2. Leaderships inability to change! producing the same old boring motorcycles and flooding the market with overpriced units that no one wants.
