      Pros

      The BEST customer and great product - cool image to work at HD - can wear jeans to work - fitness center and cafeteria - always busy

      Cons

      Lack of solid decision making results in a lot of rework - four rounds of work force reductions have resulted in high workload for those who remain - no transition planning in last work force reduction - politics - morale

      Pros

      Office spaces are nice with the recent remodel at the corporate offices. Plenty of parking also some they downsized. Wages and benefits are good.

      Cons

      Depends on the department you are in but the managers only like to manage they have no clue what the people reporting to them do even though you have weekly check ins to keep them up to date.
