      Work work work work work. 45 - 60 hour work weeks are typical. No such thing as a 40 hour work week.

      Pros

      Vacation/PAY, 20% discount on new products. Union employees are the happiest there. Work with new technology and they build a good product.

      Cons

      Salaried technicians tend to struggle with time working with union employees. Poor planning,R&D tends to put out a lot of fires at the last minute. Review process is a pain and tends to take up a lot of personal time. Upper management forces lower management to jump through hoops and take on upper managers jobs. It's either do the work or quit. Most people that work on the lower level are miserable and hate their jobs.

      Really can't think of any at this time, before everything happened at harley I would have a lot of pros but now the company just doesn't care about it's employees

      Cons

      Everything, they look for anything and everything to fire you if you are making any kind of decent money

      Pros

      The brand recognition and hourly people you work with and the low level salary employees.

      Cons

      The leadership has lost touch with their employees. There is to much politics involved to get anything accomplished. Low level managment are just bobbleheads, afraid to say anything for fear of retribution from senior managment. THe only ideas valued come from senior ledership. Their way or the highway. There is very little work/life balance depending on your position.
