      Great brand with a great history

      Declining pay and benefits. Leadership would do anything to save a nickel and it could severely hurt the brand.

      Pros

      It's an amazing brand recognized around the world - when you say you work for Harley, you'll feel proud . Good 401(k), profit sharing, great maternity/paternity benefits, casual dress... And of course... Motorcycles are awesome.

      Cons

      The arrogant leadership in Marketing doesn't set clear goals which can cause drain on employee engagement. Highly political environment in the Marketing department. Questions around morals arise.
