-100% remote if you want -Good pay -Good benefits / vacation -Inclusive atmosphere -Supporting work environment -Lots of mobility

Cons

-Very little redundancy within departments -No office/desk in the offices, expected to use collaborative work spaces -Mobility is good but stifled by slow hiring, not uncommon for those who move to work 2 jobs for months at a time awaiting backfill -Some departments have high turnover -Lack of diversity (they support what few diverse staff we have and everyone is really nice though)
