Excellent motorcycles. great coworkers. Not much else.

Cons

Benefits keep getting cut, work load keeps going up as workers are let go. Projects to differentiate HD keep getting cut. Things have only gotten worse under the new CEO

great company, great brand, passionate employees!

Cons

They are making great strides, but are still antiquated in many ways - but the hardest part of working at H-D was the politics. There are pockets of the company that are unimaginably hypocritical.
