There are a lot of employees that love the company, love the product, They are passionate about the industry, and care about doing good work.

Cons

The industry is not in a good place right now leading to reorganizations with the intent of reducing headcount. Employees are not as valued as they used to be.

Cons

Innovation at H-D pretty much means new paint colors, and new premium upgraded features that are already considered standard stock features on competitor models. Ancient and outdated software to work with. Terrible management that cannot resolve conflicts within their teams or with each other. Not many opportunities for promotion or growth. Terrible benefits packages. Discounts on H-D products is so low that its laughable compared to competitors. Ethically misguided. Toxic Culture and working environment; blatant favoritism for white and female employees. No work/life balance. The "unlimited PTO" is a lie. I've seen employees get reprimanded and called out for taking time off for serious personal life events.
