      Pros

      good pay not much else to say good about company overpriced poorly made product, made some friends most people not friendly must are very difficult.

      Cons

      union shop everything done by seniority and the f bomb is thrown around like the word Hi. Some good employees but most are cut throat and will throw you under the bus in a minute.

      Strong engineering discipline, tools, and labs. Great opportunity to collaborate cross-functionally. Balance form and function.

      Cons

      Culture has decayed in last 10 years to "what have you done for me lately?" Never enough people to do "A" quality work. Lucky to get time and $$ to deliver a "B" even though an "A+" is expected.
