      Pros

      If you are a biker or would like to be one, you couldn't be in a better place.

      Cons

      Slow to change from a process standpoint. IT-wise, they keep up with current technology, but are poor when it comes to compliance because very little policy documentation is maintained. Internal Audit keeps beating them up over this, yet it remains.
