      Pros

      Benefits; salaries on the upper side of average; definitely promote cultural and ethnic diversity; world class product; one of the strongest brand names in the world. People love the bikes, and the customers love to talk to you about it. Going to rallies in one of the best intangible benefits ever, and the thing that I will miss the most.

      Cons

      Very senior management not in touch with customers; very engineer heavy, and not a good thing, necessarily; poor performers are not held accountable, repeatedly getting by with substandard work or violations of rules.

      Pros

      New leadership has made the hard decisions necessary to correct the ship. Senior management has a focus on growth and recognizes the value of employees to that end. Pay and benefits are appropriate, perks are good. Over the past two years, finally throwing out the old-boys network and the "because we've always done it that way" mentality.

      Cons

      Still too much of the old-guard in the ranks who were spoiled in the 90's with excessive pay and benefits for doing almost no work. Those folks complain and complain and complain, constantly believing the company is doing them wrong. Management has made the right moves for the financial health of the company, but a few areas are now under-staffed for the volume of work.
