      I was very enthusiastic at first but when I reached the 2nd year, things got frustrating.

      Pros

      There are plenty of amazing people. Working at H-D, next to the bikes, next to Willie G, its awesome (if you are into motorcycles. You feel proud to be part of the legend and its clearly everywhere you go. When you say anywhere you work for H-D it shows in people faces, they expressions changes.

      Cons

      I used to work at a subsidiary, not at the HQ. It was very different. The culture was completely different as everyone came from automotive. They dont really care about the brand and that was extremely sad to see every day.

      Flexible working hours, get to travel for work and good if you like to meet new people. Good for those with families.

      Cons

      Good people leave and those who can manage upwards well tend to stay and get promoted. Work gets repetitive. Poor starting salary.
