Pros

Great products, a brand with heaps of history, being part of a community and lifestyle, great team spirit and being part of a family. Remuneration and benefits above industry average. Good career opportunities due to people leaving.

Cons

As a result of annual restructuring exercises and staff reductions all of the above are mostly gone. Very political, covering your backside required, low engagement scores, in the past preference for hiring foreigners.

Pros

It’s a good brand, but the new senior management team is ruining it.

Cons

Senior management has no idea what they’re doing, favouritism is so common that there is basically no room for internal promotion. Corruption, bullying, toxic behaviour, all of these are super common at all levels. There are constant restructuring and layoffs, If you don’t want to live in fear everyday, avoid this company at all cost!!
