The learning never stops. Especially in this role you're expected to stay sharp and consult across multiple tech stacks. It's a startup and you''re often trying to figure out things on your own having to wear multiple hats. Management has been great. I am given trust, autonomy, and help when I ask for it. Leadership is outstanding as well with how they have reacted recently to covid impacts such as additional time off and reimbursement for wfh essentials. And the people team are great at just creating a fun work environment overall with all the events.

- Quick hiring process -- I was kept informed every step of the way -- I felt like I met a lot of relevant people in the different organizations and at different levels. -- There is a technical assessment just to ensure you can work the software. - Management is very transparent on the road map and plan. - Onboarding was good from a very engaged management team, I felt like I was welcomed and pointed in a good direction. - Overall it has the feel of a high growth startup but the people here have already solved a lot of the foundational problems.
