Great culture of transparency, inclusiveness and autonomy. The leadership team is focused on continuing to develop a great product and also a great culture. Fast paced for sure, but you are able to build, create and be creative. Good work life balance.

Harness is an incredible place to work. I have learned more in the past year than any other place I have been. This is a great place to start if you are looking for a job in tech sales. I started in the San Francisco office as an SDR and was provided with incredible coaching/training on the sales process. There is proven leadership and a strong culture to promote from within. Your hard work is recognized and it's a fun environment to challenge yourself.

Cons

- This is a startup that requires hard work and has high expectations. If you are looking for a role that won't push/challenge daily this isn't for you.
