      Pros

      I started working at Harness as an intern and will be full-time in May. Working at Harness has been an enriching experience for the following reasons: 1. Excellent mentorship: Leaders take an interest in the development of your career and want to see you succeed. 2.Awesome growth opportunities: People are promoted on the basis of their merits. 3. Excellent product that solves major developer pain points and doesn't have any major competition. 4. Great people: everyone works hard but still makes time to have fun and get to know others. The off-sites are a blast and very creative (e.g., in a speakeasy bar)

      Cons

      Chair massages are only once a month :D.

      Pros

      Working in Sales Development at Harness is awesome. It is the perfect balance of autonomy and coaching, allowing team members to experiment with new methods of sales development, while simultaneously offering great coaching and guidance from seasoned industry sales leaders.

      Cons

      Aside from occasionally running out of La Croix (once a month tops), I can't think of any.

      Pros

      Open collaboration environment and smart people. No playing political games here. Company management has open communication channels with the team. You will enjoy working here, Everyone has a common goal - help customers. Harness make product to make software deployment process painless and fun.

      Cons

      Non so far. Everything looks good and future is bright for Harness.
