      Disappointing Experience

      Pros

      The team I worked with was mostly supportive and collaborative. The work environment can be positive depending on the department and team dynamics.

      Cons

      Lack of transparency in management decisions: I was unexpectedly asked to resign with no clear or valid explanation. This lack of communication and transparency was unsettling, and it left me questioning the company's leadership and organizational practices. Unclear career progression: There was little to no discussion around growth opportunities, and feedback on performance was inconsistent. Unstable job security: The culture felt unpredictable, and I did not feel confident in my future with the company after being asked to resign suddenly without any constructive feedback.

      Harness is playing in a fast growing market with a Large TAM. With a steady and grand vision, the company has done a great job executing on this vision, and emerging as one of the key Dev/DevOps/DevSecOps platforms in the industry. Now recognized by Gartner as one of the Leaders in the space, the company is taking on Giants, and doing a great job at it.

      Cons

      Disrupting a market and competing with the Giants does not come easy. The successful execution is built on relentless effort put in by all Harnessians. The company and the market opportunity demands that all of us give our Best towards the cause. And when you are building fun products, and winning in the market, it becomes a joyful ride!
