There are too many modules and not enough training to be up to speed on how the product works to better assist the users.

Going through exponential growth, so some of the processes and frameworks not 100% bedded in, but if you can work around that, its a great place to be.

Great work culture in 2021 but becoming worse since 2023

Pros

Fast paced startup environment with lots of learning opportunities. Great esops back in 2021.

Cons

As the org is moving towards an IPO, they are getting aggressive with each passing day. They are evaluating employees performance every <6 months and firing guys accordingly. They dont provide esops now, only limited RSUs.
