Strong platform play that’s addressing a big problem. One of the strongest sales teams in the industry at AE level

Cons

Everything bad about playbook companies is real here. Entire team is burntdue to leadership not listening or respecting them Impossible to switch off or take personal time even at weekends Culture of fear and shaming and no trust - extreme micromanagement Empty promises and manipulation

Pros

The company provides free snacks and offers free food weekly and monthly, which is a nice perk. The HR team & the workspace team puts in genuine effort to organize fun activities in the office to foster a positive culture, though attendance tends to be low. Their dedication is evident, even if the initiatives don’t always resonate with everyone.

Cons

The leadership approach fosters an environment of fear, stress, and insecurity, making it difficult to feel safe and productive at work. Tasks are often assigned with little clarity or transparent communication, leading to confusion and inefficiency within the team. The culture lacks support and collaboration, leaving team members feeling isolated rather than empowered. Additionally, there is little to no emphasis on helping employees achieve their career goals or providing opportunities for professional growth.
